The Italian Job is a young and fresh swing/soul band with an aim of elegance and energy. Rather than being a pure “rat pack” experience, is a blend of swing classics and soul music from the 60 and 70…The show is meant to give that unmistakable feeling of classic but also that energy that comes from the soul music. At the front line of The Italian Job we find Alex Ranzato, Italian singer with experience in singing and entertaining, with a warm and passionate approach that involves the audience. Alex started singing in his early 20s and now, in his early 30s is motivated to interpretate the classics with personality and maturity. Behind him the make up of musicians give him confidence. Behind cymbals and drums we find Derrik Tallon that after being involved for about 10 years in the famous show “RIVERDANCE” is involved now in The Italian Job. Is a very talented drummer but also a wonderful person to work with. He gives to the band a lot of taste and alive beating during the soul show. Bass player Noa Stroeter from Brasil has grown up litteraly with a bass in his hands, and is today, only in his early 20s a talented and mature musicians. He has participated in different jazz and samba project and adds to the band a taste of exotic. Serge Erskine is in control of keyboards and being a Jazz player since years, gives a proper dressing to the classics.. The Italian Job come in his “gold” when backing vocalist and Sax player from France Patrice Brun are involved.
