Muso Spot

What you need to know:

The Central Entertainment Bureau Ltd. supplies clients with entertainers of all genres and budgets. Generally our customers are Irish publicans but our client base boasts Diageo, The Ryder Cup, DHL, AIB, Bank Of Ireland, Murphy Brewery, Clockwork Management, to name a few. Remember that this company was set up by musicians and runs more than nine thousand shows every year (and rising).

Although we predominantly offer a service to those making the booking, we like to make sure that the band is taken care of also. It is, after all, a two way street. We've always maintained that the best way to avoid confusion is to establish our terms and conditions before offering work to anyone. That way you know what we expect from you and what you receive in return.

The main points are covered here:

Payment: The Irish pub department pays all musicians electronically on the tenth of each month (or following business day). If you have accepted work you will need to download both our terms and conditions and bank form here.

Fill out the forms and either:

A:
Post to: CEB Contracts Dept.,
Office 7 & 8 Dunboyne Business Park,
Dunboyne,
Co. Meath,
Ireland.

Or

B:
Scan and e-mail to: info@ceb.ie

Note: We are AIB customers. Once a payment is made from our bank there is no 'waiting time' for other AIB customers. If you bank with somebody else please allow 2-4 days for your payment to arrive.

Tax:
CEB are a VAT registered limited company. We make annual returns to the Revenue Commissioners. We make no TAX deductions from your payment (see Terms and conditions).

Cancellations:
Every now and again the unexpected happens. This might result in a venue making a mistake or a band making a double booking. All of our shows are 're-confirmed' (you are obliged to contact the office during the week prior to any performance to re-confirm the booking) before the event. This takes care of the 'human error' which plagues all of us. By contacting us we can double check against double bookings etc so make sure you do. In the event of a customer making an error we try to facilitate both parties as fairly as possible. Generally speaking if the error is found in good time we can relocate the act or secure a new booking as compensation.

Queries:
If you have any queries relating to our contracts or modus operandi please mail us here info@ceb.ie. We'd be happy to answer your questions.
